Shipping
Processing Time: All ready-to-ship original artwork prints are securely packaged and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. For custom calligraphy commissions, the fulfillment timeline will be agreed upon individually prior to payment.
Carrier: Orders are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
Original & Custom Artwork: Due to the handmade, delicate, and often customized nature of calligraphy, all sales of original art and custom commissions are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Damaged Items: I take immense care in packaging artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact me at halima@lamiartstudio.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the exterior packaging so I can assist you or file a claim with the carrier.
Privacy Policy & Data Handling
Data Collection: This website does not use tracking cookies, analytics, or contact forms, and I do not maintain a marketing email newsletter.
Payment Processing: When you purchase artwork using a Stripe link on this site, your transaction is securely handled directly by Stripe.
How Your Info is Used: I am provided with your name, shipping address, and email address solely to fulfill your order, ship your artwork, and communicate with you about your transaction. Your information will never be shared, sold, or used for unsolicited marketing.
