1. Services

Lami Art Studio offers creative services including but not limited to:

• Digital art

• Portrait illustrations

• Custom artworks

• Printing services

• Other related creative services

All services are subject to availability and acceptance.

2. Orders and Payments

All orders must be confirmed before work begins.

• A full payment or required down payment must be made before starting the project.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has started.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• No final files or printed items will be released until full payment is completed.

  
  

3. Custom Orders & Client Materials

Clients must provide clear and high-quality reference photos or materials.

• Lami Art Studio is not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality references.

• The artist reserves the right to refuse any order that contains inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.

4. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions may be allowed depending on the project.

• Major changes (new pose, new face, new concept, etc.) may require additional fees.

• Once the final artwork is approved, further changes are no longer allowed.

5. Turnaround Time

Estimated completion time will be given to the client.

• Completion time may change due to complexity, queue of orders, or delayed client responses.

• Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

6. Printing Policy

Colors may slightly vary due to screen vs print differences.

• Lami Art Studio is not liable for minor color differences after printing.

• Once an item is printed, it cannot be reprinted or refunded unless the mistake is caused by the studio.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

No refunds once work has started.

• If the client cancels before work begins, a refund may be considered minus any processing or preparation fees.

• If the client becomes unresponsive for a long period, the project may be considered abandoned with no refund.

8. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Lami Art Studio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients may not resell, modify, or use the artwork for commercial purposes unless commercial rights are purchased or
  agreed upon.

• Lami Art Studio reserves the right to use completed artworks for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes,
  unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

9. Personal Use License

By default, artworks are for personal use only (profile picture, gift, personal print, etc.).

• Commercial use (logos, merchandise, branding, resale, etc.) requires separate permission and pricing.

10. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information and references

• Reply in a timely manner

• Review and approve drafts carefully

• Be respectful in communication

11. Limitation of Liability

Lami Art Studio shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Losses caused by misuse of the artwork or files

• Delays caused by the client or external circumstances

12. Website Use

• You agree not to misuse, hack, or disrupt the website or its services.

• All content on this website belongs to Lami Art Studio unless stated otherwise.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected will only be used for order processing and communication and will not be shared
with third parties without consent.

14. Changes to Terms

Lami Art Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
